An Italian technology partner for European software and AI projects
Software companies, coordinators and consortia across Europe can work with us on the technical delivery of a proposal. We assess whether to participate as an Italian project partner or as a supplier according to the call and the work required.
For software companies and consortia
A technical contribution, not just a name on the proposal
We contribute defined work, people, deliverables and responsibilities. Our base is Bergamo, Italy; we do not claim offices in other countries.
Applied AI and automation
Document assistants, AI agents and model integrations in business workflows, with human review where needed.
Pilots and validation
Prototypes, user testing, technical indicators and documentation to evidence project progress.
Training and knowledge transfer
Practical workshops and tailored training so the project team can use and maintain what is built.
Possible roles
Consortium partner and subcontractor are different roles
Consortium beneficiary
Where the call permits it and our contribution fits, we can assess participation as an Italian organisation with our own tasks, budget and responsibilities.
Supplier or subcontractor
We can deliver technical services to a beneficiary under the programme’s procurement rules. A subcontractor does not normally count as a consortium beneficiary for minimum eligibility requirements.
Technical contributor before submission
We can help define scope, deliverables, work packages and estimates alongside the coordinator and the proposal consultant.
The European Research Executive Agency explains that most collaborative Horizon Europe calls require three independent organisations from three different EU or associated countries, with at least one organisation from an EU Member State. Always check the specific call for exceptions and the role each entity may play.

Review the call
We check the programme, topic, eligible countries, consortium rules, technical scope and procurement requirements.

Define our contribution
We identify Agentix tasks, dependencies, interfaces with other partners and acceptance criteria.

Estimate resources
We distinguish research, product development, integration, testing and support in the technical plan and budget.

Coordinate the proposal
We work with the project lead or their consultant; the final role depends on the call and the agreements between parties.

What to send us
Please share the call link, your organisation’s country, a short summary of the software project, the technical role you need, the deadline and your current consortium composition. Please do not send confidential materials before appropriate arrangements are in place.

Frequently asked questions
Working with an Italian partner on EU projects
Do all EU funding calls require a partner from another country?
No. Eligibility depends on the programme and specific call. Most collaborative Horizon Europe calls require at least three independent organisations from three different EU or associated countries, including at least one EU Member State organisation. Other calls can have different conditions or exceptions.
Does an Italian supplier count towards the minimum consortium?
Not automatically. A supplier or subcontractor has a different role from a beneficiary. Check the specific call before relying on any organisation to fulfil a consortium-country requirement.
Can Agentix guarantee eligibility or funding?
No. We can assess the technical fit and agree a proposed role. The call text and competent authorities determine eligibility and funding decisions.
Can you work with our grant consultant or coordinator?
Yes. We can provide technical scope, estimates, milestones and deliverables. Proposal writing and submission are separate responsibilities to agree in advance.
